Pacific Coast High School is a WASC accredited, college preparatory, voluntary, public high school–very different from many schools you may have experienced. From UC-approved courses to modified support courses, on-campus courses, electives, and online courses, we offer opportunities for a variety of students to experience success. In keeping with our mission statement, our philosophy and courses are very similar to a community college format, utilizing a syllabus approach to each trimester course. UC-approved, online, on-campus, and hybrid course options are available to all students.

Some PCHS highlights are Prom, yearbook, Theater Arts, a variety of on-campus electives and academic support classes, science labs, and the option to complete most courses independently.

The keys to success at Pacific Coast High School are a motivated student, strong support at home, and frequent communication with the school. Our faculty is available by phone, email, and on-campus meetings. We look forward to hearing from you!
