Fall 2013-2014 Applications will be accepted beginning April 1, 2013
Transcripts
PCHS students/parents: To request a transcript, complete and print the two-page Transcript Request Form and fax or deliver to PCHS. Official transcript requests require 10-12 business days for processing.
